RETURNS POLICY
Please note our in store returns policy and online returns policy are different.
IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. We offer an exchange or credit note only. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Any items marked with make-up, fake tan, lotion, etc will not be eligible for a refund. Items must also be in the original packaging and tags attached. Severable types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons such as hats, jewellery and gloves.
Gift vouchers and sale goods are unfortunately non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof or purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Our online returns policy lasts 28 days. Please let jus know within 14 days of receipt of your item that you wish to return it. You then have another 14 days to return your item. When orders are returned within this time scale, a refund will be issued.
We unfortunately cannot offer an exchange on the item you wish to return.
For sale items: a credit note will be issued providing the order is returned within the time scale.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however, we would recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting back to us. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund. We would advise you to keep hold of your postage receipt until your refund reaches your account.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
We do not offer free, prepaid returns.
Please use your packing sheet enclosed inside your parcel. If you have lost your packing sheet, you can pop a note in your parcel with your full name, telephone number and address, along with the description for the items you are returning.

FAULTY ITEMS OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERY
Please email us at pregoboutique1@gmail.com with the image of the item showing the fault, a description of the issue and your order details. We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss how to return your item.
